On your own device, and in an encrypted database once you are signed in, so the phone and the shop laptop stay in step. Every business is walled off from every other in the database itself, not by a filter in the app.

Any day you like, as ordinary spreadsheet files. Your customer list is not held hostage to a subscription and we do not sell what is in your books. That holds whether you are paying us or not.

Because it was built for businesses here, rather than converted at the door from a dollar price sheet written for a shop somewhere else.

Fair question to ask a young software company. The app keeps running on any device it is already installed on, and everything comes out in a file first. We intend to be here for a long time, but you should not have to take that on faith.

There is an import for customers, orders, stock, suppliers, staff and past payments, and it reads an ordinary spreadsheet. Running it twice does not give you everything twice, so a messy file is worth fixing and importing again. Send us the file and we will do the first one with you.

That is a role setting and you can change it yourself in Settings. Money, payroll, expenses and funds sit behind a lock. If something is showing that should not be, it is a switch rather than a limitation.

Ask. A good part of what is in there came from somebody saying it would be easier if it did this. You will get a straight answer: coming, maybe, or no.

Bank transfer or card, monthly or yearly. We invoice you and send a receipt once it lands. If your books need it done another way, say so on WhatsApp.

That is what the walkthrough is for. We put your real orders, stock and staff in while you are on the call, so what you are judging is your own business and not a demo. Nothing is ever charged automatically, because we do not keep your card.

Both directions. Moving up happens straight away and we bill the difference. Moving down waits for your renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.

You stop being able to start new work. Nothing is deleted and the export still works. We would tell you a long way in advance before anything went.

A business that arrives on your link or your code and then pays. The link decides it, not a claim made afterwards. If they were already talking to us before you introduced them, we will tell you rather than quietly count it.

8%, from your first business, whether you bring one or fifty. There is no ladder to climb and no rate to unlock, so your rate cannot move under you.

On a monthly plan that is 8% of every payment for twelve months from the day they first pay. On a yearly plan it is 8% of that year, once, because there is one payment to take a share of. Each business runs its own clock.

No, and that is deliberate. They pay the ordinary price and the commission comes out of our side. It means you are never introducing us on the strength of a discount we might one day stop offering.

It stops earning that day and nothing further is owed on it. Whatever has already cleared is yours. If a payment reverses inside the hold, that credit comes off and the ledger says why.

Credited monthly, paid out once a year, in naira, to a Nigerian account you give us. The portal shows every month, every business, the rate used and the figure it applied to, so the yearly number is never something you have to take on trust.
